Job summary

Stott and May is seeking an ambitious Project Manager for a 12-month contract, largely remote with limited in-office presence in Broomfield, CO. You will support maintaining existing marketplaces while the Sr. PM leads new marketplace setups, and you’ll drive weekly reporting, standups and Jira workflows.

You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and Finance/IT teams, coordinating releases and ensuring issues are resolved with urgency and clarity across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience in the digital space/marketplaces is highly beneficial.
• Strong Agile experience and Jira proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of existing marketplaces while the Sr. PM handles new marketplace setup.
• Deliver weekly reports, drive standups, manage Jira tickets and related tasks.
• Collaborate with developers/DevOps, understand the technical releases and setup.
• Engage with Finance, IT and other teams to coordinate orders, taxonomy, and tax/commercial processes.
• Proactively gather information, identify issues, and communicate with stakeholders.

My client is presently looking to onboard an ambitious and proactive Project Manager for what will be an initial 12 month contract with extensions to follow.

This is a largely remote role with minimal in-office presence required for meetings, at my client’s offices in Broomfield, CO.

The Role

• Support maintenance of existing marketplaces while the Sr. PM (you’ll report into) handles new marketplace setup
• This individual will handle weekly reports, driving standup meetings, JIRA tickets etc.
• The current team are presently running into a lot of bugs/issues – An ability to take information and possess the sense of urgency to gather the right people to identify what’s going wrong, communicate openly across the necessary stakeholders
• Daily meetings with Sr. PM
• Working heavily with developers/dev ops, understand technical side of the work, how releases need to be setup
• Working directly with Rithum, Finance & IT teams who work on Order Management, SFMC, SAP, etc., Tax, Commercial teams

The Candidate

• Proven hands on Project Management background (6+ years)
• Experience working within the Digital Space / Marketplaces is very beneficial to have (the current team is always integrating new marketplaces)
• Strong experience working with Agile environments is essential
• Strong experience working with JIRA
• Adaptable and flexible with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn/develop
• An individual who can jump in and understand the work; not a copy/paste type PM – Thus why tangible PM experience is required
• An ability to understand the why/how of what they’re doing
