Job summary

DISHER is seeking a Project Manager to support our customer team in the medical device industry. This 18-month contract role is on-site in Portage, MI, and focuses on task-based risk assessments for powder coating lines, drafting user requirement specifications, and driving projects from inception to release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience and senior level engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• General understanding of the powder coating process and ability to learn customer processes
• Understands overhead conveyor systems and how they work mechanically
• Ability to assist team on multiple projects and work across disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OnePPM, EHS Insight, Master Control, and Valgenesis

Project manager will be working onsite in Portage MI and will be responsible for performing task-based risk assessments for powder coating lines, draft user requirement specification documents, and see project through release to operations.

Preferred skills but not required:
