Job description

We are hiring for a long-term IT Project Manager Consultancy.

You will be working as part of the IT Applications Development group on a variety of projects focused on applications development, integration, and support.

In summary, you will be :

1. Creating and maintaining the technical project plans for applications development.
2. Coordinating and marshaling project teams and resources.
3. Driving meetings to ensure issues are investigated and mitigated early or escalated to stakeholders.
4. Ensuring that project documentation and specifications are properly created and maintained.
5. Ensuring that project deliveries are met on time.
6. Planning and monitoring projects.

Requirements include :

• Stable work history with 5+ years of experience as a project manager/business analyst developing and successfully releasing applications.
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting and Liquidity Reporting applications is strongly preferred.
• Ideal candidates started their career in applications development/programming and have evolved into a Project Manager/Business Analyst with strong knowledge in applications development, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, API use and implementation, database design, normalization, query building, SQL Server stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Some experience working with data warehouses, Cognos, data governance, payments, and treasury/capital markets systems is preferred.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• This role is currently 100% remote due to COVID-19 but is expected to become a hybrid role onsite in Manhattan 1-2 days per week around January 2022.
