Energy Jobline ZR in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Manager (Construction Structural Steel Detailing) to lead complex steel and construction projects from the first model to final invoice, in a hybrid work setup.

You will head a dedicated project team, manage budgets and client relationships, help shape proposals and consulting reports, and collaborate with production to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management.
• 5+ years in lead drafting/detailing roles (Project Coordinator, Lead Modeler, or Checker).
• Proven track record managing budgets, client relationships, and project teams.
• Certificate or diploma in civil or structural drafting/detailing, engineering, or similar.
• Training in 3D modeling software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
• Primavera or Microsoft Project proficiency.

• Set a clear project scope and lead your team with defined expectations.
• Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Track schedule and costs, spotting risks before they become problems.
• Partner with production to allocate hours and resources.
• Identify and submit change orders on time.
• Work with Finance so invoices go out and get paid on time.
• Resolve scope, cost, and schedule issues while keeping clients confident.
• Support production teams across every phase of the project.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• 5+ years in lead drafting/detailing roles (Project Coordinator, Lead Modeler, or Checker)
