Tarkett Sports is seeking a Project Manager in Oregon to oversee projects from bid submission to successful installation and close-out. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, Technical, and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to navigate high-paced environments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycles from bid submission through close-out.
• Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.
• Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Ensure project margins stay healthy and aligned with financial goals.
• Lead personnel development and training within the Project team.
