Tarkett Sports is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of major installation projects in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring proven PM experience in construction or related fields, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

• Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.
• Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.
• Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.
• Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics.
• Directly supervises the Project Administrator.
• Leads a department responsible for project execution and operational success.
• Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns.
• Support company goals through team collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution from bidding to completion, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
