A well-established General Contractor with over 40 years of proven success in the South Florida construction market is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Miami, FL. With a strong portfolio in multifamily, hospitality, and aviation, this company is expanding with a pipeline of major new work and is looking for career-driven professionals to grow with them. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity - not a project-based hire - with an emphasis on high-quality construction, solid leadership, and strong client relationships.
Job Description
Oversee all phases of ground-up mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans
Identify and resolve construction issues, RFIs, and potential delays
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on mid-to-large scale commercial or multifamily builds
Background in managing mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or aviation projects
Proficient in construction management software, reading drawings, and leading teams from precon to closeout
Career-oriented and looking to join a reputable firm with staying power
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Must be based in Miami-Dade County- Strong Tenure
