CBRE is seeking a Project Manager in the Los Angeles area to provide consulting services for TI and ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion. You will manage all project phases, work with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure governance and data integrity.
The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a relevant degree, and professional designations like LEED AP, PMP or CCM.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 135,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
