The Role

Treaty Oak is seeking a Project Manager, Construction. The role will be responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of Solar and BESS projects. The position reports to the Director, Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through final closeout.
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects have achievable financial and timeline requirements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to given timeline, financial, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure that all administrative and regulatory requirements are followed for entirety of project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly reports which inform stakeholders of project lifecycle status.
  • Aid in analyzing bid packages.
  • Aid in editing, reviewing and creating contract exhibits.
  • Manage contractors in support of company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationship with contractors.
  • Contribute to and reenforce a positive work and safety culture throughout the organization.
  • Analyze and understand complex, detailed project schedules.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years project management experience, with at least 5 of those having been in the renewable energy sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related field.
  • A thorough understanding of renewable energy systems and utility-scale power generation.
  • Ability to travel monthly (~20% travel, either to headquarters or to project sites).
