Job Description

• 
  
  Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout on projects ranging from $2M-$20M+
• 
  
  Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• 
  
  Oversee project scheduling, cost control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• 
  
  Maintain safety, quality, and communication standards on-site and in the office
• 
  
  Mentor and lead field and office staff to ensure successful project execution

The Successful Applicant
