Job summary

French & Parrello Associates seeks a Project Manager for our Construction Engineering department in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on processing pay estimates, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and managing multiple transportation projects with client/contractor interface.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license and a Civil Engineering/related degree, with at least eight years in construction and two years in project management, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required or preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience and two (2) years of Project Management experience.
• Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
• Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
