Job summary

ROMA Scaffolding is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Long Island City, NY. This full-time role reports to the Director of Operations and drives project scope, budgets, and schedules across multiple CIP renovations and scaffolding projects.

The candidate should have 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience working with New York City public agencies is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control project costs.
  • Strong knowledge of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities
