Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will guide project teams, work with owners and design teams on scope and concepts, and manage proposals, buyout, and subcontractor selection.

With 3–5 years of construction experience and a Bachelor's degree, you will apply your expertise in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to keep projects on time and within budget, while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
