Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our Charlotte, NC area team. We value strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and attention to detail to drive successful commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction and proficiency with Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling. Occasional travel and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
• Occasional travel (1–3 days per month).
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a project team and day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and cost control.
• Manage estimating, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs.
• Oversee scheduling, submittals, safety controls, and quality delivery.

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. We’re a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; and Phoenix, AZ, managing projects across the country.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.

Duties for Construction Project Managers include

Leading and managing a project team in building a successful project, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality.
