Superior Skilled Trades is seeking 4 experienced Project Managers for long-term direct-hire roles in Weatherford, TX. The positions offer a salary of $90k-$110k, Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, with relocation for the right candidate.

You'll manage CPM schedules, coordinate with draftsmen and subcontractors, and maintain project cost reports while ensuring safety and quality compliance on prestressed concrete tank projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent with 1–3 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of contract documents, safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Prepare startup packages with contract documentation, job cost and budgets for on-site Superintendents.
• Prepare CPM schedules and maintain look-ahead schedules, update as needed.
• Coordinate with Draftsman for shop drawings and with subcontractors for submittals.
• Review BOMs, POs and WOs; approve material procurement per project.
• Review and report on project cost at monthly WIP meetings; manage change orders and delays.
• Facilitate timely project closeout with required documentation.

Job description

Seeking 4 experienced Project Managers for direct hire, long-term opportunities with a national company that designs, constructs, installs and restorne prestressed concrete tanks in Weatherford, TX.

• Pay : $90k-$110k (Depending on experience)
• Schedule : Mon-Fri (7am to 5 pm)

• Relocation : Yes, for the right candidate
• Travel : 80% as needed (Domestic). Must have a valid driver's license
• Per diem is available and travel expenses will be reimbursed
• Company vehicle and gas card will be provided

Responsibilities for Project Manager :

• Develop a complete understanding of the contract documents for the assigned project, including but not limited to the executed contract, project plans and specifications and addenda.
• Develop a complete understanding of the safety, quality, and schedule requirements for assigned projects.
• Prepare startup packages including contract documentation, job cost and budget information and project documents for on-site Superintendents.
• Prepare CPM project schedules based on project requirements. Maintain a look ahead schedule and update CPM schedule based on changes to the look ahead schedule.
• Coordinate with the assigned Draftsman in the preparation of shop drawings, formwork drawings and other drawings for use in construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the Purchasing Department to gather submittals for all parts of the project to meet the project requirements
• Review Bill of Materials, Purchase Orders and Work Orders and approve material procurement for each project.
• Review and prepare weekly EPIR and CCTS job cost reporting.
• Review and report on project cost information at each monthly WIP meeting
• Maintain coordination, change order, and delay issues with Owner, GC and subcontractors as applicable to the contractual relationship on the project.
• Facilitate timely closeout of projects by coordinating submission of all necessary documentation for project completion.

Requirements for Project Manager :

• B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, or an equivalent technical degree plus 1-3 years of Project Management experience or 3 years of related Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record and Insurance

Preferred Qualifications :

• 30 Hour OSHA Certification
• Concrete industry experience.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software.
• Proficiency in Autodesk DWF Composer.
• PMI-CP Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.
• Professional Engineer preferred
