Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-impact team dedicated to preserving and advancing democratic processes globally. The Project Manager will support various initiatives focused on elections, international projects, and corporate civic responsibility, providing a unique chance to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive meaningful change.

In this role you will:

• Provide operational project support, including scheduling, note taking, processing purchase orders, invoicing, and maintaining internal SharePoint sites
• Support 3rd party vendor and partner relationships to ensure project requirements are met
• Support regular key performance indicator reviews and maintain internal reporting and communications processes
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project objectives and support strategic plan implementation

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience with writing and editing reports related to mis-/disinformation
• 3+ years of experience in political issues spaces, such as working on a political campaign or in an elections office
• 3+ years of experience with budget and operational/program management support
• Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
