This role involves managing the logistics and local teams around the world to plan and execute AI Hackathons for public sector employees, aiming to skill hundreds of public servants globally. In this role you will:

• Manage logistics and support local teams worldwide in planning and executing AI Hackathons
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation to keep the team organized
• Coordinate outreach for speakers and manage event logistics to ensure successful execution
• Develop and utilize branded marketing materials for hackathon invitations and promotions

The Ideal Candidate

• 8-10 years of project management or event planning experience
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications, particularly in the public sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other internal tools
• Prior experience with the public sector or government operations
