Commercial Roofing - Project Management

Responsibilities include visiting multiple job sites weekly, conducting roof inspections, meeting with clients to assess completion, address concerns, and perform other on-site tasks.

Review proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and make adjustments to execute project contracts.

Must be able to read blueprints and specifications.

Calculate cost factors for planning, organizing, scheduling work, selecting vendors/subcontractors, and assessing cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the estimator for each project to understand manufacturer and specific project requirements.

Identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvements.

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for change orders to compute costs.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Ability to set up ladders and access roofs to gather data is required. Must be able to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.

Request material quotes as needed for projects.

Manage superintendents and roofing labor contractors.

Work closely with the estimator.

Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
