Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction and/or Roofing Project Management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams, materials, and timelines effectively.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving support on-site.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and updates.
• Collaborate with sales teams, estimators, and company leadership to align project goals.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Monitor expenses, labor, and material costs to ensure profitability.
• Work with the accounting team on project billing.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all job sites follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
