Job Description

The Project Manager supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, business transformation efforts, technology implementations, enhancements, and support, and process improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic business and technology-related projects supporting the Commercial Real Estate line of business.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and implementation.
• Develop project plans, establish milestones, track deliverables, and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and in accordance with business objectives and user needs.
• Serve as a business-line subject matter expert and coordinator for Salesforce, nCino, and other technology platforms utilized by the business.
• Act as a liaison between CRE business partners and technology teams and other enabling functions on system enhancements, testing, user acceptance, and implementation activities.
• Lead project teams and coordinate resources across multiple functions to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate business process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of AI and emerging technology opportunities within the business.
• Lead change management activities including stakeholder readiness, communication, training adoption and post-implementation success measurements.
• Prepare executive-level communications, project updates, status reports, and business recommendations.
• Monitor project performance and evaluate project outcomes and identifies opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Support large-scale strategic initiatives, organizational changes, product enhancements, and business transformation efforts impacting the CRE organization.

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree, or equivalent work experience. 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Banking, Financial Services, or a related business line.
• Strong understanding of lending operations, risk management, underwriting and portfolio management, or commercial banking processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and project team management capabilities.
• Advanced project management knowledge, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience supporting Salesforce, nCino, or similar business platforms.
• Experience leading technology implementations, system enhancements, and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience with business process improvement, operational excellence, automation, and digital transformation efforts.
• Ability to identify exceptions, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading initiatives involving AI, workflow automation, or emerging technologies is preferred.

Pay Range

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
