Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program administration, operations, commercial support, or related function.
  • Experience managing timelines, action items, priorities, stakeholders, and project documentation.
  • Exposure to process improvement/Lean/Kaizen is a plus but not required.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial programs and projects from planning through execution, including timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain records, track status, resolve issues, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Develop project plans, procedures, workflows, and communication updates.

POSITION SUMMARY: DuBois is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Programs to support the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of key commercial programs and projects across the organization. Responsible to focus on project management discipline, process standardization, documentation, stakeholder coordination, vendor follow-up, reporting, and timely execution of initiatives related to the Company Car Program, Cell Phone Program, and broader Commercial Support priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program & Project Coordination, US & Canada Coordinate assigned commercial programs and projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, action items, risks, and follow-up.
  • Support the Company Car and Cell Phone Programs by coordinating requests, maintaining records, tracking status, resolving issues, and escalating needs as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, process documentation, procedures, workflows, training materials, and communication updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, employees, managers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely execution and clear accountability.
  • Track project and program performance, costs, service levels, and open issues; prepare status updates, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Process Improvement & Change Management Partner with Commercial Support leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives that simplify work, improve service levels, and strengthen compliance.
  • Use structured project management practices to define scope, owners, milestones, deliverables, communication needs, and adoption plans.
  • Support change management by communicating process updates, coordinating training, and promoting adoption of new tools, procedures, and workflows.
  • Manage intake and triage of Vendor Forms, Contact Us requests, and other assigned Commercial Support workflows to ensure timely routing and resolution.
  • Analyze trends, stakeholder feedback, and process metrics to identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics Maintain accurate program and project records.
  • Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for leadership review.
  • Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor program costs and support budget management activities.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations on improvement initiatives and program performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program administration, operations, commercial support, or a related business function.
  • Experience managing timelines, action items, priorities, stakeholders, and project documentation preferred.
  • Exposure to process improvement, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or operational excellence initiatives preferred but not required.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, organization, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track details, communicate status, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, training, and change management activities.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
