Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Flooring to lead and execute flooring projects from start to finish. You will build strong relationships with General Contractors and clients, drive project profitability, and identify new business opportunities.

The role blends sales and operations, with uncapped commission potential and a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus tiered commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
• 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
• Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Lead projects from bid to completion, ensuring profitability and quality.
• Facilitate and manage change orders for accurate project scopes.
• Manage budgets and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Supervise installation teams ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Oversee material inventory and stay organized.

What You’ll Do:
