Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be based at our Seagoville, Texas office, with occasional travel to job sites across the DFW metroplex. In this role, you will oversee multiple commercial drywall projects, ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality. You will report directly to the VP of Communications & Culture and work closely with a team of three other Project Managers who handle projects ranging from $2 million to $6 million in value annually.

In this role, you will oversee multiple commercial drywall projects, ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality. You will report directly to the VP of Communications & Culture and work closely with a team of three other Project Managers who handle projects ranging from $2 million to $6 million in value annually.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage drywall construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, manage subcontractors, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and process change orders and project invoicing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and participate in project meetings as needed.
• Provide leadership to field supervisors, ensuring any issues on-site are identified early and resolved quickly to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Self-manage workload and maintain organization across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Drywall Construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
• Proven experience with a variety of construction methods, including tilt-wall construction, healthcare facilities, office buildings, or industrial sites.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and contract documents.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Quickbid, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Procore, Excel, Word, and Outlook (advanced proficiency preferred).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED certification (a plus).
• Experience with larger-scale projects ($500K-$5M).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
