Jobot is a premier construction consulting firm seeking a Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. You will oversee, plan, and manage construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, familiarity with TI projects for Fortune 500 clients, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes.
• Proven risk and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and client/subcontractor relationships.
• Read blueprints and building codes for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate construction teams and foster collaboration.
• Oversee procurement and management of materials.
• Manage change orders and project estimations.
