Job summary

Catalyst Construction is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects across Wisconsin and Illinois. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and financial projections while cultivating client engagement and trust throughout the construction cycle.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in construction management, preferably commercial.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-to-large commercial construction projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with field team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure documentation, safety, quality, and compliance.
• Support business development and client relationships.
