Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare budgets, project plans, and schedules
• Maintain budgets and report project status
• Ensure all permits are in place
• Track and update project orders

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of Commercial Construction Management experience
• Ability to manage projects over $10M
• Solid computer skills
• Experience with Procore or other construction software
• Strong leadership skills
