  • Experience managing on-site, at-risk projects with $5–$10 million value.
  • Strong understanding of project processes and financial management.
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with vision by establishing project objectives and aligning with corporate policies.
  • Oversee construction to meet design, budget, and schedule targets; ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Lead meetings, guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; mentor project engineers.
  • Manage cost, billings, change management, and cash flows to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities
As a Danis Project Manager you’ll:
  • Lead with Vision: Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.
  • Execute Excellence: Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide & Mentor: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
  • Demonstrate Financial Mastery: Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.
Qualifications
As a Project Manager you’ll bring:
  • Educational Background: A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: A minimum of a 8 years in Project Management, with a focus on at-risk (self-perform) General Contracting, specifically within the healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
  • Project Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing on-site, at-risk projects ranging from $5-10 million in the commercial and institutional domains.

Working Conditions
  • Combination of office and field work; many assignments based at on-site project offices
