Job summary

ElitAire in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager to provide application support, manage day-to-day project activities, and coordinate startup, warranty, and troubleshooting with service teams.

You will develop proposals and pricing estimates, apply HVAC airside and waterside knowledge for equipment selection, and create equipment selections using manufacturer software. Travel 10–25% and build strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management or industrial field.
• Site visits; travel 10%-25%.
• HVAC project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. Additionally, this candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management or Industrial; preferred. Equivalent years of experience will also be considered.
• Site visits; required (travel is estimated to be between 10%-25%)
• HVAC Project Management; preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to customer needs.
