US Signal is looking for a Project Manager with a focus on Cloud and Network Services to drive successful implementation of advanced IT solutions across our customer base.

What you'll do:

As a key player in our Service Delivery team, you'll lead cloud migrations, network builds, and hybrid infrastructure projects from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing stakeholder communication, mitigating risk, aligning resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as primary project lead interfacing with customers, vendors, sales, engineering, managed services, product management, and facilities groups.
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans with granular timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource assignments.
• Schedule and facilitate regular internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment, address risks, and track progress.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and changes, implementing change control procedures where applicable.
• Maintain critical project documentation, status updates, and implementation tracking.
• Coordinate with departments to reconcile booked pricing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Submit and monitor service orders, including to third-party network providers.
• Perform occasional on-site visits with customers as needed.
• Provide reports and dashboards as needed (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Support the achievement of team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct customer service experience
• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of services such as Cloud, Professional and Managed Services, Security, Data Protection, Telecom, and Colocation
• Experience managing budgets and project financials
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with virtualization, data protection/management, and security technologies

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience

Required License(s)/Certification(s):

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, 4PM) preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This position is based in a professional office environment or remote home office. It routinely requires the use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers. The employee must be able to sit, stand, and move around regularly and may occasionally need to lift up to 25 pounds. On occasion, the role may require travel for customer site visits or meetings.
