Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead eDiscovery workflows within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will drive work through data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 in eDiscovery, and Relativity expertise; PMP certification is a plus. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage deadlines, and contribute to process

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and tools.
• Develop understanding of Lighthouse workflows and critical paths to progress work.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What’s unique about this role?

Project Managers assist with the management of eDiscovery cases by driving work through various operational departments to meet litigation project requests. This includes creating work orders for tasks associated with data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production and completing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product before it is released to clients.

What will this person do?

• Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and the tools used to support the industry
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows
• Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the pod’s work request queue
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
