Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned facilities, ensuring service excellence, staff development, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, delivering high-quality services in alignment with contract requirements while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM (There can be some flexibility in days/hours).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, large team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
• Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication, responsiveness and follow-through.
• Identify service gaps and implement best practices to improve operational consistency and delivery.
• Develop leaders and team members to build capability in client expectations and service standards.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop action plans that address service issues and resolve client escalations.
• Support cost control efforts by monitoring operational practices and helping to identify opportunities for profitability.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
• Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with client contractual requirements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
