Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects throughout Idaho. You will oversee the full lifecycle, from planning to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in heavy civil PM, a background in DOT projects (roads, bridges), excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

• 5-7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of heavy civil projects across Idaho.
• Manage profitability and scheduling for complex projects.
