Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will independently manage projects, oversee design processes, and ensure QA/QC completion. You will collaborate with senior leaders, supervise engineers and staff, and participate in business development, including proposal preparation. A strong background in private land/site development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-discipline projects for timely delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for all projects.
• Handle financial performance of projects.
• Maintain client communication and satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals for new business.
• Supervise technical staff and their development.
• Contribute to strategic and sales plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, or discipline-specific software.
• Knowledge of Dunaway CAD and design standards.
• Understanding of private land/site development processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or 9 years of relevant civil design experience without a degree.
