Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of related engineering or construction experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one within six months required.
Strong technical writing and report writing skills.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Community Association Managers and Board of Directors.
Perform on-site field investigations to evaluate buildings.
Develop a 30-year capital reserve plan for communities.
