Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related engineering or construction experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one within six months required.
• Strong technical writing and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Community Association Managers and Board of Directors.
• Perform on-site field investigations to evaluate buildings.
• Develop a 30-year capital reserve plan for communities.
