Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our Municipal group in Cottonwood, AZ as a Project Manager. You will lead land development projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage budgets and schedules to deliver on time and on budget.

Requirements: bachelor’s in civil engineering, 5+ years PM experience, AZ PE license (or reciprocity), and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and Bluebeam. Hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying)
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
