Job summary

Sendero Industries is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and safely.

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and proven PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil/construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timeline, and resources.
• Create and manage budgets, track costs, and report financials.
• Oversee contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain schedules and coordinate stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance processes and risk mitigation.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders regularly.
