Job summary

Distro in Amarillo, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout. This hands-on leadership role focuses on financial performance, coordination, and client relationships to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, and reporting using Procore or similar tools. Read plans and contracts, lead field teams, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in civil construction.
• Site development and concrete project experience.
• Strong expertise in: job costing, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience reading plans and contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Lead client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and monthly reporting.
• Mitigate risks and ensure successful closeout documentation.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on financial performance, coordination, and client relationships.
