Job summary

Capstone Structures is seeking a Project Manager Civil to lead on-site delivery of underground utilities, heavy civil, and structural concrete projects in Richland, WA. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project teams and subcontractors from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects, underground utilities and heavy civil work.
• Construction management capabilities including site coordination and subcontractor oversight with safety and quality focus.
• Budgeting and cost control with change order management and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of underground utilities, heavy civil, and structural concrete projects.
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors to meet budgets and timelines.

Role Description

The Project Manager Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in Richland, WA. This position oversees planning, scheduling, and execution of underground utilities, heavy civil, and structural concrete projects from inception through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project teams and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings and specifications, communicating with clients and stakeholders, preparing reports and documentation, and proactively addressing project risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects, particularly underground utilities, heavy civil work, and structural concrete.
• Construction management capabilities, including site coordination, subcontractor oversight, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Budgeting and cost control skills, with the ability to track expenses, manage change orders, and maintain project profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
