Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions seeks a Project Manager to plan and oversee large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and communication across cross-functional teams to drive results in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process improvement, and strong collaboration with IT and operations to validate designs and support testing and rollout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health or social services and/or the information technology related field with a minimum of three years of experience or Master’s Degree with a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or social services related field and/or the IT field performing administrative duties, project planning, or data collection and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Project Management Certification is not required but preferred.
  • Experience with project management software and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee identified large scale projects through development of scope, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate group meetings to address project planning, implementation and follow-up processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute performance improvement or other project implementations.
  • Create, communicate, and manage detailed project plans and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Provide regular project status updates with risk and dependency management.
