Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Project Manager - Certification and Compliance to lead enterprise-wide certification and regulatory readiness for a global technology and cybersecurity organization. This long-term contract role requires you to work hybrid in Raleigh, NC.

You will drive certification programs, translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for engineering and product teams, and partner with Legal, Security and Product to ensure compliant product lifecycles across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, compliance or related fields.
• Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, IPv6, DoW or DoD APL.
• Background in networking, cybersecurity, software or hardware product development.
• Ability to navigate evolving regulatory environments and drive change.
• Experience in a large enterprise technology environment preferred.

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager - Certification and Compliance to lead enterprise-wide certification and compliance initiatives for a global technology and cybersecurity organization. The Project Manager - Certification and Compliance will drive regulatory readiness, oversee certification programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet evolving global security and compliance standards. The Project Manager - Certification and Compliance is a long term contract opportunity and requires you to work hybrid in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - Certification and Compliance:

• Lead certification and compliance programs across a global product portfolio.
• Drive readiness efforts for emerging regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for engineering and product teams.
• Manage certification initiatives involving Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, CE Marking, and related frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal teams to integrate compliance requirements into the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and support globally distributed compliance and certification teams.
• Represent the organization with regulatory agencies, auditors, and industry groups.

Requirements of the Project Manager - Certification and Compliance:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, compliance, engineering leadership, or related fields.
• Strong program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with Certifications such as Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, IPv6, DoW and/or DoD APL.

Compensation for the Project Manager - Certification and Compliance:

• $80,000 - $110,000
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
