Matlen Silver in Mahwah, NJ seeks a Project Manager to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include facilitating project meetings, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks and action items, and communicating status to leadership; also support equipment installations, qualification activities, production readiness, and issue resolution to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manufacturing environment experience (preferably medical device) with ability to partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Facilities.
• Strong communication to all levels of the organization and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage risks and action items.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide timely project status updates to leadership.
• Support equipment installations, qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT), and production readiness.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for new equipment as needed to execute project plans.
