Job summary

Oates Associates, a 100% employee-owned civil and structural engineering firm in Missouri, seeks a project manager focused on building structural engineering to lead new buildings and renovations. You will work with clients on expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings from $10k to $20M, guiding projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate holds a civil or architectural engineering degree, a PE license (SE a plus), 5+ years of structural experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering; master's degree is a plus
• PE license; SE license is a plus
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of RAM, RISA, Revit
• Working knowledge of building codes - IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC

This position is ideal for a structural engineer that enjoys working with clients on building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone buildings ranging from $10k to $20M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering - master's degree is a plus
• PE license - SE license is a plus
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of structural engineering software - RAM, RISA, Revit
• Working knowledge of building codes - IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $140,000 annually
