Oates Associates, Inc. is seeking a project manager focused on building structural engineering to work on new buildings and renovations in Missouri. You will mentor junior staff and review their work for quality while supporting your ongoing technical growth.

This role involves collaborating with clients on expansions, repairs, and stand-alone buildings ranging from $10k to $20M. We offer a collaborative, employee-owned environment with flexible schedules, hybrid work options, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering; master's preferred.
• PE license required; SE license a plus.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of RAM, RISA, Revit.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC.

The selected candidate will also mentor junior staff, review their work for quality and accuracy, and support their ongoing technical growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering - master's degree is a plus
• PE license - SE license is a plus
• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of structural engineering software - RAM, RISA, Revit
• Working knowledge of building codes - IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 - $155,000 annually
• Signing bonus may be offered based on experience and qualifications
