Job summary

The role requires a strong background in bridge construction, 5–10+ years of relevant experience, and proven DOT project delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in heavy civil and bridge project management.
• Proven track record delivering VDOT or DOT-related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts (VDOT specs preferred), scheduling software, and cost tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
