Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Project Manager for a permanent role in Mission, Texas. The successful candidate will oversee heavy civil construction programs, ensure scheduling and budgeting accuracy, and lead teams across contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements include a B.S. degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years in heavy civil construction management, with proficiency in Procore, Viewpoint, and Primavera P6. Excellent communication and deadline-driven execution are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering, or 4-Year Degree in Construction or Environmental Management.
• 10+ years of heavy civil construction management experience.
• Experience with projects valued at $50M or more.
• Heavy construction, TxDOT, asphalt, roads, or bridge rehab experience.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering, or 4-Year Degree in Construction or Environmental Management
• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction management
• 10+ years of management and project management with projects valued at $50M or better
• Heavy construction, TxDOT, asphalt, roads, concrete, bridge rehab
• Ability to meet deadlines, detail oriented, organized and excellent follow-through
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reporting and electronic documentation related to construction management
• Financial management, scheduling, managing sub-contractors using Procore, Viewpoint and Primavera P6
• Proficient with interpreting plans and specs and developing construction schedules
• Experience in leadership and team development
