Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our research projects. This role involves managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects align with client objectives and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage research projects from inception to completion, aligning with client goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate team efforts across various departments, including in vitro and in vivo laboratory technicians, scientists, and regulatory specialists.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing any project changes or issues.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven project management experience in a research or biotech environment.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and research protocols; project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
Location and Work Environment
  • This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
Software Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with document management systems like Google Drive.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
