Project Manager

Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to support a potential contract award with National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance and project execution.
  2. Oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of all assigned projects.
  3. Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, work plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  4. Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and risk management activities.
  5. Track funding and burn rates for all projects executed under this contract.
  6. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables.
  7. Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
  8. Provide leadership and coordination for NIH OCIO initiatives and strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a federal environment.
  3. PMP certification preferred.
  4. Experience working with NIH or other federal agencies is highly desirable.
  5. Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
