Program Manager / (Azure DevOps / BI Knowledge/Experience Required) / 100% Remote / (12 Month Contract)

  • Must be able to support Pacific Standard Time business hours (You've supported PST Business hours before)
  • Azure DevOps (Must Have knowledge/experience)
  • BI Knowledge/Experience (Must Have)
  • Proven experience analyzing data and generating reports (Power BI)
  • Project Management Experience - Proven experience managing/owning projects
  • Customer Obsession - Strong experience in Customer Journey, Customer Success, Customer Support
  • Must possess top notch communication skills to be successful in this role

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for and focus on customer impact, customer journey and support experience for new net features and service changes.
  • You will partner and communicate with a broad set of stakeholders from Engineering, Supportability, Delivery teams to Finance to ensure support experience is consistent with CSS guidelines.
  • Participate in support intake and CSS onboarding process
  • Own and drive support impact discussion for all net new releases and service changes
  • Drive process and data quality within SCL process
  • Participate in design and execute Change Management and Communications Plan
  • Perform research, gather information from Identity stakeholders ( all up) to identify impact and support volume
  • Produce regular reporting/insights/ documents for Delivery, Supportability, and Identity LT
  • Draft communications on progress and results
  • Drive processes alignment ( with other Azure technologies) and process improvement for all Identity retirements
  • Engage with Finance contacts to provide quarterly support volume forecast
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding process for offerings
  • Perform operational tasks as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
