Description
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, allocating resources effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and meet expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications and ensure stakeholder coordination.
  • Hire, train, and manage project staff, providing necessary resources.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and all regulations are met.
  • Resolve issues during construction, working with stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Conduct project closeout, ensuring all documentation and permits are complete.
  • Seek continuous improvement in construction processes and maintain strong client relationships.
Profile
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
