Digitas Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client projects, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams through the delivery lifecycle. You will disseminate specs, set up review meetings, and help produce accurate time and cost information for client estimates.

The role requires 3–5+ years in an agency PM role, plus strong communication with multidisciplinary teams and a solid grasp of project management and finance principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting.
• Interactive & Digital experience is strongly preferred.
• Consumer Healthcare experience is desired.
• Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications.
• Comfort managing multi-disciplinary teams, which may consist of creatives, technologists, media experts, etc.
• Experience interfacing with clients on technical delivery projects.
• Must have an understanding of basic finance.

Overview

A successful Project Manager at Digitas Health is responsible for managing client projects assisting in the delivery process by disseminating specs and setup of review meetings for creative executions for adherence to specs. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing Account Services with time and cost information for the assigned engagement to be incorporated into client estimate.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
